"I was excited about the promos at first..."
I was excited about the promos at first because they made it seem like I’d be saving a decent amount. But when I got to checkout, my points barely made a difference, which was disappointing. A couple of codes didn’t work either, and that just made me feel like the whole rewards thing isn’t really worth the effort

I was hoping this would show up a lot more, but actually the coverage is patchy and the color barely comes through. Not really what I expected.

"I had such a hard time using..."
I had such a hard time using the site. Pages were loading super slowly, the filters weren’t really doing what I needed, and my cart kept glitching for no reason?? I ended up giving up before I even placed an order. It also felt really messy on mobile, like why is it so hard to just shop normally??

"Just Too Sticky for Me"
I really wanted to like this, but the texture just wasn’t it for me. It felt kind of greasy going on, and then it stayed sticky in that way where you keep noticing it, if that makes sense. I kept waiting for it to absorb or settle down, but it never really did, so I ended up not enjoying it at all.

"Still Irritated My Eyes"
I know everyone reacts differently, but I figured “hypoallergenic” would at least be safe enough for sensitive eyelids. Unfortunately, it still made mine itchy and red, so common sense says I won’t be using it again.

"Didn’t really do much for me"
I used this cream for a few weeks, i didn’t notice any real difference. My skin still felt dry, and it even seemed a little irritated after using it sometimes.
For the price, I was hoping for at least some kind of improvement, but it was underwhelming. I wouldn’t buy it again

The delivery was late again, which was frustrating. I get that things happen, traffic and all that, but still, when you're waiting around and keep checking the door, it gets annoying fast. The food was okay by the time it arrived, I guess, but the long wait kind of ruined the whole thing.

I ordered this hoping it would finally be the right shade, but nope, it showed up wrong again. frustrating because now I’ve wasted time and energy dealing with another mix-up instead of just using what I paid for. Not happy about it.

"The makeup-removing claims were vague for a reason"
I picked this up from Marcelle thinking it would make taking my makeup off quick and easy, but it didn’t really do much. The packaging made it sound like it would handle makeup without a problem, but that felt like one of those vague promises that doesn’t actually mean anything. My mascara and eyeliner barely budged, and I had to rub way more than I wanted to. Even after that, my face still felt like there was makeup left behind. Disappointing.

I wanted this to be gentle, but it really stung my eyes badly, haha. I wouldn’t use it around the eye area again.

"Return process took forever tbh"
I ordered from marcelle.com and the products were okay, but omg the return process was super annoying. I had to wait weeks to get my refund, and replies to my emails were really slow. Not the worst experience ever, but their returns def need work.

"I do like some Marcelle products..."
I do like some Marcelle products, but the shipping was frustrating. My order sat there for over a week before it really seemed to move, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it like something would magically change.

It did show up fine eventually, but for what shipping costs, I expected a lot better. It kind of feels like the delivery process works when it wants to, so I’m not sure I’d order again unless I had plenty of time to wait

"Made my acne flare up badly"
Just a heads up for anyone with acne-prone skin: this broke me out within a few days. My cheeks ended up covered in red bumps, and it only seemed to make things worse. Definitely won’t be buying it again.

"I’m not saying it was awful or..."
I’m not saying it was awful or anything, because it did look really nice when I first put it on. But the wear time just wasn’t there for me. It rubbed off way faster than I expected, and I don’t think I was doing anything crazy to make that happen. I wanted to like it, but it just didn’t last long enough.

"Always seems to be out of my shades"
To be fair, I do like a few Marcelle products and I’ve had good experiences with them when I can actually get what I need. But the site gets frustrating because the shades I use are out of stock way too often, and there usually isn’t much info about when they’ll be back. Most of the time I end up buying from somewhere else instead

The products were fine, but they felt overpriced for what you get. The shipping also took longer than I expected, which was kind of unnecessary. I don’t think I’d order again...

I’m still a bit confused about what happened. I tried to check out like normal, but the payment kept failing for no clear reason. I double-checked my info and tried again, but it just wouldn’t go through. Annoying experience.

I’m disappointed. The shade range just didn’t work for me at all, everything looked either too pink or way too dark. I used the online shade match too, and, yeah, it was completely off. Kind of feels like a waste of money, to be honest.

"Pretty decent for my sensitive skin"
I have sensitive skin, especially on my cheeks, so I’m always a little nervous trying new products. This one was okay overall and didn’t really sting much when I put it on, which I definitely appreciated. That said, after using it, my cheeks still ended up looking a bit red, so it wasn’t completely irritation-free for me. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I also wouldn’t call it perfect for super sensitive skin
